The Apartment house

The house is located on the southern side of Vir island, sheltered from the Bora wind (cold north wind blowing from Velebit mountains), only 150 meters. 1 minutes from here, there is a small shop where our guests can buy fresh bread, milk or donut. The house lays in a calm area with relaxing millieu. For those who seek for a lively place, we advice to visit the town centre which is 3-4 mins by car. In the main street one may find cafés, restaurants, ice cream, bazaar and open market. Our guests may bring motorboat with themselves since 200 metres from the beach there is a marina for larger boats or even yachts. Vir island is very rich in beaches so those who prefer calm and relaxing atmosphere can find places without crowd and mess. These are wonderful places for families where kids can play all day in the warm water. We offer various leisure activities in place. Click here for further details. Our apartments on the first floor (no 4., 5., 6.) offer a wonderful view to the open sea and the surrounding islands. Our guests in the apartment no. 4. and 5. may also enjoy the sunset too. Drink your morning tea or coffee on the large terrace and enjoy the demanding panorama! Parking is possible in the courtyard (limited parking space in garage too). 

Large companies may meet on the spacious courtyard for barbecue (fireplace available).  
Apartments have double-bedroom (except from no.4, which is 1 bedroom + loft. no. 4. 5. and 6. are facing to the sea. All apartments are equipped with air-condition (included in the price) and SAT-TV. (English, German, Italian, Hungarian speaking channels). The kitchen is equipped with microwave owen, fridge with freezer case, pots, cutlery and plates. All bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, however, our guest need to bring covers with themselves. The apartments are suitable for basically 4 persons (2 double bedrooms), plus we have put couch in the living room, which is suitable for 2 additional guests to sleep- 6 persons alltogether. Az apartmanház udvarán 8 autó parkolására alkalmas hely van, ill. a garázsban is van korlátozott számú férőhely, ha a hajók a vízen vannak. The prices include the air-condition, SAT-TV kitchen and other and equipments. The price is irrespective of the number of perons (max. 6 persons: 2+2 in bedrooms and 2 in the living room on couch. However, tourist tax is not included that is amounted to HRK 6 (18+), HRK 3 (age 12-18) and free for kids below 12. We accept house-train small pets. Free-WiFi available.

Apartment no.4 is found on the first floor and has one double bedroom. On the loft, there are 3 beds suitable for kids. Therefore we recommend this apartment for large families: parents may sleep separately in the bedroom and the kids may sleep on the loft together.
