The Apartment house The house is located on the southern side of Vir island, sheltered from the Bora wind (cold north wind blowing from Velebit mountains), only 150 meters. 1 minutes from here, there is a small shop where our guests can buy fresh bread, milk or donut. The house lays in a calm area with relaxing millieu. For those who seek for a lively place, we advice to visit the town centre which is 3-4 mins by car.  Like in every year, we have a special offer for those who prefer going on holiday out of high season. For guests who wish to stay by us from 1 April - 31 May, or from 1 September, apartments are available at EUR 13/night/person. The price is irrespective of the number of people to arrive. The offer is available for those who stay at least 3 nights. If more than 4 adults book, kids are allowed to book free of charge. Air-condition charge is EUR 5/day.

Vir Island

Vir is one part of the Dalmatian archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea, located on the northwest part of Dalmatia nearby Zadar city. The island lays on the west from Island Pag separated by a thin channel called Pag channel. One can reach Vir town through passing a bridge which is free to use. Therefore one do not need to take car ferry which is very crowded in the high season in Croatia.
Vir Island has its 31 km long seashore, divided by sandy and rocky beaches and high rocks on the north. With its sandy beaches, Vir is unique in its kind as Croatia has few of them. One of the largest kite-spot and beach lays 10 mins from the apartment house by car.
